Horrible customer service

Earing lost a stone after my wife only wore them a couple of times. Called customer service and becuase the order is over 30 days we cant even get a replacement set or exchange the earings for a new set. The earrings are beautiful but Macy's customer service is horrible and no help.

They are a lot bigger than I expected but beautiful. My granddaughter is only 4yrs. Old so they are too big for her now, but I'll be saving them for when she's older.
