Too Long

The robe is too long. I have osteoporosis and have lost 5 inches. I called and wanted to exchange it for a shorter one, Returns dept refused stating it was policy for this robe. The customer rep. became very rude at and of conversation. Also spoke to supervisor she was also rude. This is not the Macy's I use to shop with for many years. I am 80 yrs old. I placed order on line.

Very Comfortable

Love this house coat. It is lightweight and comfortable to wear around the house fall, winter, spring, and summer. I purchased one before that was 3/4 sleeves. I wish this one was 3/4 sleeves as well. Nevertheless, I am happy with it.
