Item sent not as descibed

Sized incorrectly, extra large, snaps not zipper, bad quality fleece very stiff like plastic. This is not typical Miss Elaine quality. Do no order. Also, no exception on return policy since it is last call. Returns are probelmatic with only a virtual assistant that can not deviate from policy, despite Macys sending the wrong items.

Miss Elaine Women’s Embroidered Robe

I know it was a final sale, but I didn’t receive the right robe that I ordered. It was supposed to be a zip front and the robe I received has snaps. So I can’t exchange it. Either the person that took care of the order messed up or your website description is wrong!!! Really not fair to the customer!!!

Worst Miss Elaine Robe EVER!

Size isn't even close. An "XL" fits like a 4X. Suppose to be a "zip" robe, it is "snaps" instead. Material feels and looks like felt not fleece. I have no idea how this robe got through Quality Control at Miss Elaine! Absolutely the worst robe I have ever purchased in my entire life. It will be RETURNED.

Sizing inaccurate

Way too large for a medium; more like XL. Also pilled after first wash.

No Zipper

This is a beautiful, very soft robe. I was very disappointed to find out that the description was wrong- it does not have a zipper. It has snaps. I returned it but could only get a store credit because it was a final sale.

Garbage!!!

I purchased the robe in a xl large, returned it for a large, the material was terrible, washed it ,was loaded with "fuzz balls" donated it to charity it was a waste of money. this robe was nothing like they were years ago, where you were getting quality for your money.

the color is too light. Lavender is my favorite color but this robe is white with lavender outlines. It's not what I excepted.
