Sleeves not proportioned to size. Print is dull.

Sleeves seem to be the same size on a Small as on an Xlarge; because of the flutter sleeve it still fits, just looks odd. I expect a little better quality from Miss Elaine. I liked the lace outlining the neck and the length. The floral print on this was really washed out/dull. Not as pretty as picture shows.
