Fantastic!!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This bridges the gap between my chef knife and paring knife. It’s sharp, balanced and feels nice in the hand. I’m able to use it for long periods of time without the typical fatigue.

Pricey but worth it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Miyabi Santoku knife feels like quality when you hold it. The wooden handle make it comfortable to hold when cutting. Also, steel retains edge for quite a while before it need to get sharpened again.
