It was very nice, I did like it but was a little smaller then I wanted.

Not as large as picture portrays

It's unfortunate that the pictures do not accurately convey the size of the purse. I'd been searching for a large shoulder bag and this purse is MUCH S-M-A-L-L-E-R than it appears. The bag is okay, but I won't be purchasing this brand again.

It would be a Kindness if MACY'S would ensure a good description of this item on their website! What are the measurements of this purse? Is it tiny or big? A picture of the purse with a human model would also be helpful to me when I'm ordering on line!
