Scratched hardware and indents on purse

Hardware is scratched and front has indents from handles. Bag was not properly protected with protective material.

Disappointed in Macys shipping

I order this on Nov 16th and still have not received this It must be on the Slowest Boat from China was told I'd have by Nov 22nd checked status and it changed to unknown!!!!!! i am done ordering from Macys!! this same purse was in two different stores since

Great looking Purse

I have 2 colors.I have gotten compliments from friends and strangers everywhere I go on how much they like this purse.Good size,not too big or small.Good space inside and with zipper.
