No Handle

Purse was beautiful, it was missing pieces and did not have a strap attached

Customer and no refund on a return to Macy's

The handbag was sent to the wrong address from MKF Collection. When I received it I couldn't use it because it was so large for me that it looked like a sleeping bag rather than a handbag. I took it back to Macy's on December 17th and it was bought through Klarna. I called Klarna and they said they would call Macy's and get it figured out as to why Klarna nor I received a refund.

would be perfect but.....oh snap!!!!

I love the look and the size of this bag, but there's a snap inside witch hold the ends closed as to give it it's shape, but the one on my bag doesn't snap close....so the page just stays opened mouthed. I would like to get it fixed as this would be my everyday go to bag.

Not What I expected

The bag is larger than I thought it would be and is a crossbody, not a shoulder bag. It really is the size of a satchel. It will hold a lot of items.

Vegan Leather Hobo Bag

Look good, feels nice, well made, easy to pack my bag due to the deep pockets and purse. Very stylish and looks more than it cost. I bought several colors of this bag and gave as a gift.
