poor quality

This purse will not stay snapped when walking and everything falls out while walking. And it was far from over loaded. I tried to use it for two days and I spent most of my time trying to keep it snapped. I would not recommend this purse at all! I'm requesting a refund for it.

poor packaging

Very poor packaging, they send the bag inside a poly only which damaged the bag shape. Again the color of the is lighter than the picture shown.
