HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE trying to return this purchase

I am extremely disappointed with purse and especially the return experience, which still hasn’t been resolved. I returned the purse and was told that the refund would come from the company. That was over a month ago, and I am still trying to get my refund. It is impossible to talk to anyone - you have to go online and communicate. The people must be overseas because their English is poor. I have tried three times, and have been told that I would receive a refund to my credit card. It has NOT happened. The sales people at Macy’s told me that I am on my own - they cannot help me.

Unfortunately, the straps on this purse started fraying IMMEDIATELY!! Very disappointed with the quality.
