Horrible customer service

The sweater was delivered by ups to The Macy’s in my mall the sales person Rosa in jewelry signed for my sweater they never called or gave me my sweater it’s been over a week I called talked to the executive secretary and left messages for store manager also I think assistant store manager Carrie, but no one has gotten back to me and now Macy’s is charging me saying it was delivered, yes to The wrong address my store address was on the package along with my name but UPS screwed up delivered it Macy’s instead I AM SO FURIOYS WITH MACYS AT WELLING GREEN MALL IN WELLINGTON FLORIDA HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL THE WAY AROUND
