Bad experience; rug ok but not as shown

The rug’s color looked quite different than online- it was much lighter. Also, and this isn’t so much about the rug itself, it was unusable because it arrived creased and was so damaged it had to be returned. The return process was horrible. Generally screen color and resolution doesn’t show accurately when compared to seeing something in real life, which I know well, but this was more inaccurate than I had hoped.
