Made Mom Smile!

I ordered chair on a Friday for my 91year old Mom and it WAS to be delivered 8 days later via Fed Ex not Macys. I tracked it from California across several states to PA. Went to Mom’s that Saturday morning to wait for recliner to arrive. I then received an update later Saturday afternoon that it was now in Orlando, Florida and we live in New Jersey. I called Fed Ex and was told that they would look into it and they had no idea why it went to Florida. Mom’s recliner did arrive that following Wednesday, this time was given a window of 11:00-3:00 for delivery. It did arrive in that time frame, the box was beat and taped up in several places and recliner wasn’t assembled. I had to put together, it was 4-6 steps and no tools were required. Mom likes the blue color and the size is perfect for her. Mom seems to be happy with her recliner but has only had it for a day. Bottom line…..An elderly person would not be able to handle this box on their own. So if ordering for an elderly person make sure someone is there to bring inside the house, and then to set it up.
