Where is it!!!

My email said it was delivered, but guess what. It wasn't in the box. I have never been more angry. I paid for Express delivery and my husband got his jacket and I got nothing. I am sooooo disappointed in you Macy's. Your customer service department was no help whatsoever. They issued a refund. Guess I'm not getting that dress at all. The second dress that I ordered at the same time, same order number, also didn't arrive. UPS says
