Gift set was previously opened and used

I went to pick up my perfume gift set at Macy’s. The package had been opened and the perfume had been used and there was residue all over the bottle. I didn’t bring it with me and they didn’t want to replace it. Refunded but I am disappointed.

I have loved the original Angel since I was 21 and begged my uncle to buy it for me, I’m now 50 and everyone that knows me knows this as my signature scent.
