It works

I bought this 2 months ago. Positive: longer, focused, & more energy at the gym. Negative: The next day my body cannot recover enough because I did too much exercise the day before. It is painful for all muscles.

great energy

I started it from today, since I don't have a problem with caffeine, I started straight away with two capsules on the first workout and the first dose gave me energy and changed my workout until yesterday I was at a standstill! Feeling great

I have been using this for a few weeks and I feel great! I stopped drinking coffee and just let this do the work now and do not feel jittery. I feel energized and really power through my workouts. I usually only eat 2 meals per day so this works out perfect with that schedule and I really just love having more energy and focus.

Body felt great

Normally these types of products upset my stomach, but this one was great. Felt energized without the typical negative effects of products like it. I am not sure of the weight loss effects since I didnt use it over an extended time period, but it seems to be working in all the other aspects thus far.
