Return a Christmas gift before Christmas!

This item did not work when it was opened and wouldn't even charge! I tried to return it to Macy's store but was told I would have to return to the company on line. When I tried this the item was no longer available and indicated it needed to be returned by December 20th, BEFORE CHRISTMAS!!! I bought this on line on a Black Friday sale at Macy's! I can't seem to get a replacement or a refund. I will not buy toys from Macy's or this company again!!

It's so tiny that anyone who knows and/or loves Ms Pacman isn't going to be able to see it well (like my 70 yr old mom). But it was a good thought, lol.
