Poor workmanship and very disappointed

I purchased this bed frame which had one leg that leans out like the leaning tower of Pisa. I tried to have Macy's fix the issue but only received run arounds as their phone representatives are unable to re-order a replacement as it seems to need to go through the Special Order department that never responded after multiple attempts. The footboard appears to have a hole where one of the legs is inserted to not be straight like the others and interestingly later I noticed their ad shows that leg as slanted which must mean it's a full-on manufacturing issue which Macy's did not resolve. Would not buy furniture from Macy's again after this poor service response experience.

Headboard

The headboard is beautiful, but It took 3 months after ordering to get it. I was promised by the store employee that the headboard would be delivered, and attached to the bed. It was not! The delivery people dropped it off in the box at the front desk without a word or warning. Several phone calls to their customer service was made to correct an error that was supposed be corrected by the store employee several months before delivery, but customer service could not come up with a desirable solution.

Naliya King Upholstered Headboard

Delivered and set up on 2nd due date. The delivery went well. The delivery and the 2 set up people did a very good job unpacking the headboard, were very careful with the headboard while taking it up the stairs and into the bedroom. White gloves were not used during the delivery and set up. Since it was an upholstered head board, they should have worn the white gloves. The Headboard was delivered with no issues regarding quality or color. No issues in those areas at all. I am very happy with the Color, Fabric and Quality of the completed Beautiful Headboard and the delivery people.
