1st time I purchased the wood was cracked. I returned it and the 2nd time I purchased the handle was loose. What is going on Macys?

Nice, but...

Although a nice piece, it's not as pictured. The handle ends are slimmer, and makes the platter look smaller than it is. Unfortunately, I had to send it back

What I like best is the sound a Nambe bowl makes
