Stress relief

I bought these for my mother who has been very stressed and she likes them! They have good flavor and are easy to take. She feels better after using them just a few weeks and says she plans to continue to take them. It also makes her feel good that they are natural.

Works!

I bought these a month or so ago. I wanted something to just help a mild feeling of stress and anxiety - that we all have some form of right now. It took a bit to work, but I’m glad I bought them! I have noticed a difference in my mood. I feel better and I haven’t changed anything else. These really are helpful. They taste okay and do dissolve fast.

Good stuff

I bought this a few weeks ago to help with my husband's stress levels and his mood. They dissovle real quick have a good tasting flavor. The keep him good and relaxed may have to get smaller dose cause they made him real sleepy.

Tastes great, works well

I have been taking these at night to calm my mind and help with sleepless nights. They have a pleasant taste and have been helping very much. I will start incorporating into my daily vitamins as well to see how it helps with mood swings and anxiety during the day.

Feeling great

I have been taking these for a few weeks now and I am feeling great. The difference isn't dramatic, but I just feel like things are running a bit more smoothly for me. It's hard to explain. They also taste great and don't leave a weird after taste in my mouth.

I would definitely suggest purchasing these quick dissolving tablets if swallowing pills is not for you. They really do melt so quickly! I've been trying this product for awhile now and it does seem to help my mood.

Creates Calm before Bed

Given the stressful time in the world and also with work, it is very helpful to have a supplement that can create a sense of calm and relaxation in the evenings. When I am working late, my mind can sometimes begin to go into overdrive, but this supplement helped me relax before bed and enjoy a better sleep.
