I have not received these shoes and there is no tracking available for them. This is the second order, recently, for which you have sent me a survey — but not the merchandise! What is going on???

Dull Leather
Ordered in black and taupe. The leather did not appear as nice as Naturalizer quality. The cap toe on the taupe is dull but on the black it has a bit more of a patent look. Overall the primary leather on both is very dull. The overall toe shape and block heel looks like their Sienna pump but this was causing 4th and 5th toes some discomfort after 20 minutes in the house. The Sienna in the same size fits so much better and have worn those all day no issues. Returning the Sophie

REZORB™ responsive cushioning for shock absorption + impact protection for sneaker-level comfort in heels- that the description of the feel. I’d say it feels no better than a regular heel. I really really wanted to love these but they’re not comfortable to wear. I have to sit down A LOT

runs a little smaller than my other naturalizers.
These shoes fit me perfectly which is a big deal because my true size is an 11.5 so I usually end up in an 11 that runs big or a 12 that runs short. They are comfy right out of the box.
