Poor Qaulity and workmanship

Noticing lately, the quality of items I order hasn't been up to par. The quality of material, and the poor wormanship of work hasn't been the best, I used to order any item and fit perfectly and the quality was to my satisfaction, seems everytime I make an order I have to sent it back, sad!!
