Eyelets ripped immediately

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these earlier this fall and upon the 2nd time tying them one of the eyelets ripped! I contacted customer service twice over the issue and was told both times that they'd email me a return label. I never got one. Great looking shoes but lacking in quality, which is rare for Nautica.
