Dissapoonted , Too sensitive

We were weighting the bags at home and the side handle snapped, didn’t get to arport. At least I got them in a great deal.

Durable

I had this luggage for 4 years. I travelled more than 5 countries outside the US with this luggage.It is so strong and attractive. Finally my mom loved it and took it from me.So now I'm browsing to buy this luggage again. It worth the price.

Broken zipper

A zipper in the largest luggage that divides the shoes from the closing was broken.

Customer Service No Help

I purchased this set while on sale. I figured it would be a good deal and very durable since I had purchased a similar set years ago and it really held up. Well about 4 months months after purchasing, finally took a trip with the carry on and before I got to my destination the handle broke. I contacted customer service 3 different times and got 3 different responses on how to get the warranty which is 10 years (I've only had it 4 months). So now I have to find a way to get it fixed because I can't get a simple response to getting a warranty. And I can't speak with someone, it is all through a slow chat. Very very disappointing.

Pictures are deceiving.

The luggage looks good in the picture, but when the bags arrived, I don't expect them to last long. They are rather flimsy and not very sturdy. And I thought the duffle bag was built like the suitcases but it is very thin.

fool me twice

I’ve bought this luggage twice. First set had wheels broken off first time. I chalked it up to airline being rough. Second set: fabric tore at the zippers. Refund/warranty policy is a sham. Macys nor manufacturer would refund or exchange.
