Cant be happier

Love this set of sofa sold by Macy. I waited for a few months for the color I want, but it’s definitely worth the wait. The quality is excellent and the support is pretty strong. Can’t be happier with this purchase!

DON’T BUY BAIT AND SWITCH

Me and hubby went to the Macy’s store and fell in love with this style couch. We sat on it, walked around it and talked about it for at least a couple of hours before deciding to buy it although it was a bit above our budget. Fast forward, it took about 3 months or so before the couch arrived. It was scratched up on the left back bottom side but Macys quickly replaced that part. The problem came when I went to sit or lay on it and then I quickly realized that although it looks like the couch in the store on the outside, it is clear that the inside construction isn’t the same. When you sit on it, it sinks like a 1000 lbs is resting on top of it whereas the front cushion protrudes outwards! AND if you “plop” on it, your body will propel upwards like you are jumping on a trampoline! The couch in the store was structurally sound, very comfortable and sturdy! We feel as though we’ve been cheated! This is no doubt a case of BAIT AND SWITCH! I will be writing corporate about this!

missing bracket for articulating headrest

We ordered this in January 2024. Finally arrived May 2024 but WITHOUT the brackets to attach the articulating head rests. Macys ordered the brackets, but after 4 weeks of waiting for them to arrive (and in addition to five months waiting for the sofa itself), I called Macys customer service and asked for a full refund and to return the sofa. Such a shame we wasted six months of our time waiting for a nonfunctional sofa….
