not the size stated on site

The website states Size 10-13 there is nothing size 10-13 about them. I’m a 10.5 and they fit tight and you have to stretch just to get a good fit. Even then they still slide off constantly having to pull them up with a stretch. The packaging size reads YTH 5Y-7Y WMN 6-10 MEN 6-8. Where is the size 10-13

Quality is less than desirable. After a few wears and washes, the elastic is loose and I have to keep pulling up both socks. Not worth the price.
