Disappointed

I bought my granddaughter pink and silver sneaker because they were cute but comfortable to wear to school. Unfortunately the chain broke on one shoe of each color after just a couple wears. I bought big enough to grow into, so by the time she wore them, too much time passed to be eligible for refund.
