A little disappointed

Great color red clutch but as a clutch being called an "envelope?" I wanted and expected it to be flatter and because of that, I returned it. However, to make matters worse it arrived way after the event I needed for despite paying for express shipping. I, now know for the future if something says it is coming from the vendor than I know not to bother purchasing and/or paying for express shipping because the stores have no control over when it arrives.
