Hurt my daughter's feet

Dingy Bow/Narrow Fit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Size up! I wrongly listened to previous reviews that claimed this shoe runs large - I assure you it does NOT. My daughters wear sizes 13 & 2 in other brands and could barely get these shoes on their feet. Sizing up to 1 & 3 - hopefully that does the trick! Also, the parent is nice, but the bow appears to be some sort of weird plastic/felt material, and looks dingy. Our bows arrived slightly dirty, however these bows will become dirty after a couple wears regardless due to the poor material.
