It looks very nice but my order was damaged!

Poor packing. Therefore, my Nina purse was damaged! Even the box where it came was all beat up! I was surprised to see that. It’s expensive! It is a beautiful purse and the strap was gorgeous. Had to return it due to the damage.

Unfortunately I did not use this item within 30 days, so the fact that the strap broke after that. It was obviously defective. I feel that I should be compensated in one way or another! I have been a Macy's customer for over 50 years. I never expected to be treated this way!

Nice but change chain color

My wife likes the bag but didn't like the silver chain. Since purse is gold chain should have been gold.
