Delivery woes.

The customer service from Macys is really very poor. They use the worst delivery service to deliver on-line purchases (which I have had exhausting problems with at least 3 different purchases in the last 6 months, having to call Macys numerous times). I hate ordering on-line with them because you may or may not receive your purchases. I loved Macys years ago but with the times its changed and definitely not for the better!! it's as if you are shopping at a dollar store that has a cheap inexpensive delivery service, Macys was my store, not anymore. Beware of on-line orders being shipped! By the way I have not received the purse I paid for even though tracking stated it would be delivered twice a few days ago!
