defective after wearing a few times

I wore this pair of shoes, probably five times and the bottom of the heel is coming apart. I don’t recommend them, I called customer service and they told me they can’t exchange them or return because I already wore them and it’s been more than 30 days. I wish I can download a picture so you can see. So horrible

my favorite shoe - comfort + everyday wear

Thai is hands down one of my favorite shoes for work they are very comfortable and I can wear them everyday. They also have a cushioned bottom.
