Heel Height Listed Incorrectly

The heel is higher than listed. It's slightly over 3", not 2.44. The least they can do is give proper product information when we have to go to the trouble of ordering online and now returning to the store. They are also VERY narrow. I have a small feet and could hardly squeeze it into the show. Dimensions are way off.
