Great boot

I loved these so much I ordered them in an additional color. They are true to size and have to be my most comfortable boot. I would look for Nine West the next time I need a cute boot.

Macy’s Does Not Stand By Their Mistakes

Macy’s delivered my order to my old address of three years ago. I’ve had several shipments at my current address, but somehow, I suspect due to a problem with their software they delivered my most recent order to my old address. They refuse to accept responsibility for this, even though my profile online in their website has both my shipping and billing address current they are making it difficult and cumbersome to refund me as I have no access to my old address. This is completely unfair, especially since I always check on my billing and shipping address to make sure that it’s correct. I have had to place several calls to Macy’s two of which they have reneged on the agreement to refund my credit card for an order. I never received that was incorrectly sent to a wrong address by Macy’s mistake.
