Leaks

This is my second machine- first one had to be replaced for doing the same thing. Overall, when this isn’t leaking when making a cup of Lungo it’s great

Great machine but short life span

Love this machine but it broke after 2 years. Beeps constantly and keeps throwing different errors. Seems like a machine at this price point should last more than 2 years!

So so

I think it is okay, I did have a duo pro before that had a bigger pot. I wish this one did. If you want strong coffee which I do it only makes 47 Oz I rich mode. This is a big down fall. The duo pro made a full pot in rich mode but it only lasted a year and took a crap, it would shut off constantly during brew cycle. If this one does the same then I may buy a different brand

weak coffee

My wife an I bought this system around Christmas, it always seems that the coffee is weak. We keep adding more coffe without really enjoying it. I have noticed that there are 2 big hole in the middle of drain top (where the water comes out) and there are a lot of little hole that just don't seem to spread the water thru. When the coffee is made, the is a huge middle track where the water seems to go thru... I'm guess it it doesn't have enough contact time to reach all the coffee grounds. How do we get stronger coffee (we already use dark roast)?

Excellent Coffee Maker

Purchased about a month ago. This coffee maker is very user-friendly, as well as versatile. I have enjoyed making many different sizes of coffee drinks. One thing I will say is that the espresso side does not work with some off-brand, cheaper capsules.
