Beware, water reservoir, even with regular cleaning will get algae under the valve at the bottom that you cannot get to in order to clean.

Best combo coffee maker on market by far !!
Best ever coffee and speciality coffee machine !!! Full pot, pods and cold brew it does it all ! I had this machine for 5 months and not one problem or complaint ! Will never go back to a Keurig . If you’re looking at this machine just buy it don’t think about it . I’m very glad I did 5+++ stars ⭐️

Will melt your counter and cause a fire.
I’ve had this coffee pot for a year now. Started having issues with it leaking out the full carafe of water on my counter. Then today I go to move it to clean under it and noticed it had burned and melted my counter. Thank god I saw it when I did. The counter was still hot.

Black mold that appeared in the water canister under the plastic piece just after warranty expired. Service recommends throwing it out and buying a replacement from them.

A great coffee maker.
Very easy to use. Great to be able to use grounds or pods. The hot water option is a nice plus. And best of all it makes great coffee.

Love it
I love our DualBrew. I have been happy with the coffee that comes out. I love the "rich" coffee feature, and that we can brew a single cup or a whole pot. No issues with coffee grounds making it to the cup except for when I tried a mesh filter instead of the normal paper filters. Would definitely buy another, and have considered buying another for work.

The All–In–One Coffee Maker
I have been using this for (over three) years and have absolutely no complaints... This thing does it ALL―I've used it for K-Cups, thus replacing my Keurig MINI Plus (gone), and have made a cappuccino every day since I set it up... I've actually burned\worn out my Frother Whisk!! The Independent Hot Water System is wonderful and can be used for instant cereals, cup of soups, mashed potatoes, etc. (all of which I have and do). I do not use it as a regular daily coffee maker, however―preferring my old BUNN Classic Speed Brew (quick coffee)!!
