Beautiful drapes!

Please do not judge the color of these drapes as you see them in the package. When I opened my package I was so disappointed. I too thought they looked gold/black/rust - nothing like the picture, but I was putting them in a newly painted very light gray room so I thought well, really anything will go with that light gray. Believe me, when we got them hung up to the window (no blind yet) I was amazed! They look exactly like the picture! Mild burgundy, lots of gray and some black. They are beautiful in my newly painted room! My new blinds will be here in a week and that might change the color presentation - if it does too much, I will probably leave the blinds in an "up" position most of the time to let the daylight work it's magic.

Not color as pictured

I was expecting a red, black, grayish colored curtains. Noooo, these are more of rust, brown, beige colors!!!!! This is not what I wanted at all! I will be returning these to Macy's ASAP!
