A PIECE OF JUNK

I've collected these bubble lights forever and usually they're fine. This one however was plugged in and it flashed for a split second and the bulb burnt out. And Macy's return policy is horrible which I never knew as this is my first return. I'm not going to spend an hour reading their rules and exceptions so it's going into the trash. VERY disappointing PS I did not want to give this two stars their system doesn't allow one star lol
