Damaged item

Ordered this in hopes to replace our old tree topper. Unfortunately, it arrived late <but that's because of the snow storm>. I have Ordered a ton of items from Macy's and this is the worst shipping they have done. The box was beat up and once I peaked in one of the holes, I saw the angel's face half gone. I called Macy's and they told me they will refund it and I have t9 ship it back. I told them I am not able to because of the road closures and to be honest, I don't think I should be responsible to re-ship a damaged item back.

Great

Beautiful! Wanted to keep it but it doesn't fit our 7.5 ft artificial tree, which doesn't have a plug on the top
