Deceptive Practice

I'm fine with the product, but I don't appreciate the companies deceptive practices. Notice how they only show you the ingredient label for the 8oz bottle? That's because in the 8oz bottle there is 4g of fiber per serving, but in the 16oz bottle there is only 2.5g of fiber per serving. Why the need for more filler in the bigger bottle? Even though there are 162 servings in the bigger bottle, and 57 servings in the smaller bottle, since you get 1.5g more fiber per serving in the smaller bottle it's actually better cost per gram of fiber to buy 2 of the smaller bottles instead of 1 of the larger bottle. They don't make it easy to see any of this because they are doing their best to get every penny from you that they can.

Thank you for your review. Hopefully this additional information will be helpful. We had changed suppliers of organic agave inulin and the bulk density of the powder has changed, which affects the serving size/weight. This is not unusual for natural materials. We recalculated the serving size appropriately and revised the label for each size’s next production run. Our older labels list a 2.8g serving size per teaspoon supplying 2.5 grams of fiber. The more recent label reads a 4g serving size supplying 4g of fiber per teaspoon. Both are correct; they're just describing different powders of pure agave inulin from separate sources, and one is simply fluffier than the other. There are no added ingredients to the inulin to dilute it, otherwise they’d be listed on the product label. The label on each product is accurate, but the values would be different depending on which production lot you purchased. We apologize for this material change creating some confusion.

Yummy yogurt

This made the most delicious yogurt. I also used a probiotic with it and half-and-half, and the yogurt was creamy and delicious without any additives.
