Disappionted

I can’t get the wrinkles out. Carpet won’t lie flat.I rolled it the opposite way overnight. Tried putting heavy objects on carpet to flatten. Will try and iron. Not the quality I expected.

Same rug bought a few years ago but way cheaper quality.

I received my rugs today and I am so disappointed. I ordered these exact rugs a few years ago from rugs USA and they were way better quality. My old ones are thicker and the print was more muted and distressed. These rugs are so thin compared to my other ones. I just loved my other rugs so much, but they were worn and stained so I just needed fresh ones on my hardwood floors. I can’t believe the difference. I guess I’ll keep them but I’m glad I got new 3/8 inch pads to go under them because the thin pads I got from rugs USA last time would not have worked with these. The first picture shows my small door mats. The one to the back is the new one. There is a definite difference in the print too. The second picture is my old living room rug and the 3rd pic c tire is the new runner. All I can say is what’s disappointment!!!

Disappointed

I bought this same rug a few years ago. That one is great. Thick and comfortable. When it was laid out the creases fell right out because it actually had weight to it. The one I just received is nothing like the old one. The texture is completely different. I feel like I'm walking on thin plastic. You can actually see through this junk. I'm actually really mad I'm stuck with the garbage now.
