Cozy rug for a bedroom

This is a soft rug for bedroom space. It has more of a shag rug texture that I wasn’t necessarily expecting. I do like the color and pattern. I am a little concerned about being able to vacuum it thoroughly, because of the texture. I do not think I would use this rug in a more public space because of maintenance.
