Beautiful rug, horribly shipped, full of creases

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] On its own, the rug is a 5. The photos were accurate for the gold rug (gold, cream, orange/salmon, blue). I didn’t want to spend a fortune, so it was a good choice and works beautifully with our furniture. That being said, I will NEVER place another order. The 8x10 rug was shipped FOLDED. I was absolutely not expecting that. We’re working on getting the creases out because the right shade of gold is tough to find. RIDICULOUS. They can keep their discount on a future purchase for writing a review.
