Beautiful print but..

Love the rug, design, color and the quality but the way it was folded (9x12) and not rolled has caused major creasing that doesn't seem to be going away. I can’t get it to lay flat even though I’ve got a fire pit and furniture on it. I’m sure shipping was cheaper folded but now I’m paying a different price. Please don’t fold, just roll.
