Not doing its job

Last week I sent an email to ask for guidance with issues on the two pads I purchased for my hallway runners. I have not heard back yet. The pads do not stay in place on the floor, and I constantly have to readjust the rugs over them..

Feels Good to Walk or stand on the carpet this sits on

Does not keep rug in place

I bought this pad because I am having a hard time with my washable rug moving, and an even harder time trying to clean it because of how much it moves. This pad is described as holding rugs in place so I thought it would be perfect. It does not do this. The cushioning is nice but I would honestly be happier giving up if it meant the rug stayed in place.
