It’s way more brown/maroon than you think

The color is not even close. It’s brown/maroon. I don’t like it buts it’s too much of a pain to return it, so I’ll just live with it I guess. Last time I buy a rug online. Now I know.

In the trash

Colors were not true to the photo. Poor quality materials. Would have cost me almost the same price to return it, so I just through it in the trash - it was so ugly.

Misleading Picture and horrible return steps

Rug is at least 4 shades darker than picture. To return, you have to send pictures and I still haven't gotten a label. DON'T USE RUGS USA.

Love it!

Great neutral rug. Maybe a bit darker in person but very soft and cozy. It was about two inches shorter than described but I guess that falls within the acceptable variance.

Worth every penny

This rug is not only beautiful, it’s so soft! And I know people say that about some rugs, but this is genuinely soft. Like barely need a rug pad for cushion. Also I spilled a hair cream on it the other day and it wiped right off. Excellent purchase. Highly recommend the investment!

Came a completely different color

I do not recommend purchasing. The colors vary widely. My friend has this rug in neutral and hers came light gray/sliver whereas mine is dark brown.
