Not What I Ordered

No complaints about the blouse itself - except that I never ordered it. I had ordered a pair of sandals, and for some unknown reason, the order was cancelled. When I contacted Customer Service, the young man I spoke with offered to re-order the sandals for me - but he ordered this blouse instead. When I called back within 3 hours, I was told by both another CS rep and by a supervisor that I was too late to cancel the order. I asked that the warehouse be contacted, but there was no interest on anyone’s part and the order was shipped 5 days later. I find it hard to believe that this could not have been cancelled, especially since it was Macy’s error, but be assured I won’t be ordering anything else!
