Where is my order??

I have not yet received my order. It may be in Dallas or it may be in Nashville. Supposed to be delivered last Thursday but now there is no date. The App tracking says if I call I will only receive the same info

What happened to this brand?

I bought my normal size in this brand (size 4). The fit was all wrong. NYDJ jeans that are labeled "high rise" really aren't, in my opinion. They don't hug the waistline as I would expect from an item labeled high rise. There was a gap at the waist and the back yoke was not form-fitting. I returned them.
