Wont keep you dry in rain

This umbrella is terrible. It’s not the same oasis umbrella that macys sold previously. I had a feeling something was off when it felt lighter than the prior one I had. Well we had a bbq yesterday and it began to rain last night. The prior umbrella they made protected you from The rain and this one doesn’t. The water came right through so clearly the material is cheap and not as good as prior.

Fabulous market umbrella !!

I absolutely love this umbrella and would like another one just like it. Unfortunately for me, a windstorm killed it so I need another one. Where do I find it on your Macy's sight.

Tilt feature gone!

I purchase the patio set with 11' Umbrella used the umbrella for one summer season; when I attempted to use the umbrella using the tilt mechanism umbrella would not go activate. I was pointed to the manufacture, however seeing that set was purchased on my account I did not have a receipt with an order or model umber to reference original purchase. Asked Macy customer service for help in obtaining copy of invoice and they were of no help. As for the umbrella, my husband states the push button mechanism to tilt the umbrella is made of pot metal and can not be fixed. Thus my question if there is a warranty... Love the patio set, very disappointed that I still can not get this issue resolved. The button literally broke off into the umbrella pole rendering the tilt feature useless.

So nice!

This is a really nice umbrella! Very large and super sturdy. Only had it a few weeks so I can’t speak to longevity, but all indicates a quality purchase. I’m very pleased!

Solid umbrella

It's a very nice umbrella overall. seems like it's good enough quality that will last years. My only complaints are the handle sits too awkwardly under the umbrella when it's down so it's not easy to get your hand it to reach the crank. Another small bit of feedback is I wish the tilt had intermediate settings. It is either fully tilted or fully up. When tilted half of the table is usless since it lands at the table edge(for reference, I bought the 10 seat table and the 11' umbrella). Otherwise it's a great buy.

Tilt Mechanism Broke - no opportunity to fix it

I purchased this set a few years ago. The push button release on the umbrella broke. The umbrella itself is a nice weight and made well. However, the push button to control the tilt of the umbrella is a cheap piece of plastic that snapped in two. I called Macy's customer service with the hopes of getting a replacement part and was told that they could sell me another umbrella. Not reasonable. Surprising for Macy's. Not consistent with my experience with this company in the past.
