Just “OK”

This is a crop/waist length sweater. It’s also “fuzzy.” The color is alright. Was impressed with the quality or design. Overall, it’s an ok sweater.

Nice sweater

This is a nice cozy sweater . It’s not soft but it is great for Chilly spring days as it’s very warm . I own this sweater in 2 colors . Paisa nicely with skirts

Poor customer service around missing order

I have not received my items yet so I cannot give them a fair review. The items were ordered on 11/23/24 and I was notified on 11/25/24 that they had shipped. The USPS said they received notification of pre-shipment on 11/25/24 but as of 12/4/24 they say the have not received the items next. After chatting with a person from Macy’s they assured me I would receive the order by today, 12/4/24. It has it arrived. When I called Macy’s today they said I need to wait until tomorrow to either refund my money or try to send the order again. The items may be fine but Macy’s customer service in this instance is poor. I have screenshots of the USPS tracking page, and of the chat saying I would definitively receive the package by 12/4/24.

Warm winter sweater

Great short cardigan sweater. I purchased an off white one so it would go with about everything. It’s a little heavier than I expected it to be but with cold weather rapidly approaching it will work out fine.
